Our Ordering Process
Choose the pieces you wish to order from our catalog. Choose their texture, glaze, and size.
Shipping Quote: Add your shipping address to receive a shipping quote. Shipping costs will vary based on order volume and destination.
Quote and Agreement: you will receive a quote along with a work agreement. Please return signed in order to proceed.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to start production.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the order, and before shipping.
Shipping: Shipping will be arranged once the pieces are completed and crated.
Return Policy
Due to the delicate nature of ceramics, we do not accept returns once the product has left our store.

Non-Refundable Deposit: The 50% deposit is non-refundable, even if the order is canceled.

Cancellations: Cancellations are not accepted if the piece meets the specifications outlined in the work agreement.
